Formerly CareerPlace,  we serve the greater Chicagoland area.  We  offer a complete line of services including Individual Coaching, over 15 Classroom Workshops and Job Search Work Teams.

Over the past 25+ years, our members have come from Arlington Heights, Barrington,  Chicago, Deer Park, Hawthorn Woods, Highland Park, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Kildeer, Lake Zurich, Libertyville, Long Grove, Naperville, North Barrington, Palatine, Park Ridge,  Schaumburg, South Barrington, Tower Lakes and Wheaton, to name a few.

The Barrington Career Center is a volunteer driven, non-profit agency dedicated to helping clients develop search strategies, skills, and conduct an effective job search. Unemployment, underemployment, career transition, re-entry to the workforce, or first time employment are all areas where we can help.
We provide a positive, supportive and affirming environment and offer a wide range of programs, services and resources. Our goal is to prepare our clients to pursue rewarding employment in today’s highly competitive changing marketplace.
